asarkarco's response I have paid my monthly broadband bill Rs 403.00 on dated 28.12.2016 Vide bill no[protected] dated 6.12.2016 on my account no - [protected] through online . Bank debited the same amount from my account (ref no- IGAANAPFU9) yet Bsnl bill show outstanding till.
