Sir, Please deactivate hungama plan of land line no. [protected] as soon as possible. Earlier the hungama plan was automatically activated for which we have paid so much monthly charges. Today i got a call saying that there won't be any charges for this plan. But i know it will be charged. Kindly do the needful asap. My BSNL Brand Band No.[protected]. Frequently my internet connection is not connected. I want to change the password of my Brand Band Connection but I am unable to do so as I do not know the user name and password for my connection. I want the username and password recorded in BSNL record enabling me to change the password.
