Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — fraud in bb plan speeds | |
I recently upgraded my broadband plan to bbuld 1275, the plan says upto 10 mbps speed till 40 or 60 gb then the speed will be reduced to 2 mbps. It's completely a hoax, getting speed below than 2mbps, tried to complain about this via cust. Care. But no response. Usage till now is less than 20gb. Planning to switch to airtel. Worst experience.
