My landline doesn't work. Even-though the call from mobiles lets a ring, but our landline doesn't work or it-seems similar like a dead phone. Since we need the landline in working condition, we request the operator to go through our issue and solve the problem most earliest as possible. Hope we will get a good feedback for the customers from bsnl office. Please solve our problem, thanks.
