Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Messages for SIM porting are not going through from BSNL numbers.

I have been a customer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for almost 20 years. I have encouraged all my family members to get BSNL SIM cards, but its services are not up to corporate standards. I have complained several times to the local officials and customer care regarding this, but there has been no improvement. T
he customer care representatives are completely uninformed. BSNL does not provide any value-added services, and if we want to port our number to another company, the porting message number 1900 is blocked. Messages for SIM porting are not going through from BSNL numbers.
I have complained to customer care and officials about this, and although I receive messages acknowledging the complaint, the issue remains unresolved.
