Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — money debited but recharge not processed | |
I recharged my relative bsnl mobil [protected] thru bsnl portal on 12th may with rs153. The amount was debuted but recharge was not processed. Now still the recharge had not been updated on [protected]. Plz refund my amount 153 to my accountno 445881 (Axis bank) i am trying to contact bsnl customer care 1503 no but not getting any response.
