Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Money deducted, But recharge not done for Uttam Kirtikudav

Complaint from Uttam Kirtikudav: My outgoing services were stopped for mobile number : [protected]. So I did a online recharge of Rs. 153 for my plan extension on 22/11/2025 at 2:15 pm in Satara, Maharashtra. I made this transaction on BSNL portal "https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/sbiepayreceipt" and made payment through BHIM UPI ([protected]@upi). It did not show any page neither did I get any recharge message on phone. Transaction id is PGSM[protected]. I didn't get any message from BSNL about the recharge and when I try to make a call it is still saying that my outgoing services were stopped and will be continued after recharge. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and extend my validity or else please refund my amount.
