Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — MyBsnl app Ftth bill payment | |
At 01/05/2021 around 05:00 pm I initiated bill payment for my FTTH connection using (recommended)myBsnl app using UPI. As I approved the transaction in BHIM app and returned to mybsnl app money got deducted from my account but my BSNL app showed error 500. After waiting a couple of hours I tried again 01/05/2021 around 09:00 pm using paytm but again the same thing happened. Please consider to refund extra money and complete the recharge.
