Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — New Broadband/Landline Connection | |||||
I book a request on 5th nov 2016 for new broadband/landline connection. Against which i received call on 7th nov 2016 for my postal address. After that there is no feedback from bsnl. I checked status of my prelead id ([protected]), which is now showing canceled. I can't understand what happened with my request? I have again book a new request for the same.
