Hi Consumer service, I called 1500 customer service to get disconnect my landline. but they says you must reach office. why we need to go and give complaint at office. they says everything online, digitalization, online payments. then why customer service required??? And even, I was Taken Landline number thru just sending sms. then why they do not take my request to disconnect thru sms or online or phone service. if I want to go to customer service also. I need to draw money since, in transport no online service to pay fare. if I draw money from banks they charges more. system itself wrong, upon says we are not using technology. where is the technology. so kindly consider this is complaint as. BSNL should provide. whole book let when customer take service from company. where we supposed to get connection/disconnect/new plan/repair. and they supposed to give detailed mail or web services details to place complaint. customer should get email or postal letter, when called to any service, who called, what is the purpose and ticket number also, how to escalate to next level to resolve the issue.
