R/sir, My ppo no. Is cca/mh-mbi/pen/desk/p-16464 dated 28/02/2017 My sbi pension a/c no is [protected]. Till date i have not received pending book from sbi branch nasik road. Pl. Take immediate action for getting me the pension book urgently. So that i can submit same to nasik bsnl for releasing my medical claims and also for getting medical card for submitting same to authorised hospital for my wife's operation. Thanks...
