I recharged my BSNL mobile account on-18/06/2019, with my Axis Bank account but could not be recharged my mobile number and my money was debited from my bank account . transaction ID AXMOB/MBR/KCWGLF727881/[protected] I called BSNL mobile customer care executive but not care my issue . requested to kindly help me to solve my problem and return my money .
