I have bsnl sim card since 12 year.above six month i have start yuva plan, and my velidity expiered on 4-3-2017.i don't understand any reason why bsnl don't give me velidity.even i call more and more in call center and i went bsnl office many time.please consider my request and support me.my mobile nomber is [protected].

Duplicate payments for paytime to bsnl mobile effected for Rs. 310/- on 26 feb 17 two times as appeared in the card statement. one needs to credited back - please do the needful.
