I am in Bareilly. The BSNL customer care at Bareilly has been visited at least five times in past two weeks to request that there are no incoming calls and no messages comming / going. Only outgoing calls are functional. Despite all bills having been paid. My name is Rajendra Jagdish Rane. I urge for immediate resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 27, 2020 Updated by asha2jagdish The BSNL office has placed the onus on Airtel office which has clarified that there are no outstanding balance. Hence BSNL is now requested to restore the services immediately. I am also attaching the screenshots of Airtell no dues  Jan 06, 2021 Updated by asha2jagdish It has been more than a month without solution and added misery. The BSNL Online Grievance Cell has posted a message as resolved which infact is NOT resolved. BSNL is requested for immediate solution. Attached is the screenshot for the message posted by BSNL. | |||
