Google India / Tez — Amount deducted but recharge not made yet. | |||
On monday 10th august 2020 i have made a recharge of Rs. 74.00 to a BSNL number. Amount has already deducted from my account but still the number didn't recharged yet. From last 3 days i coordinate with google pay customer care executives. But they give me only assurance. Assurance is that after 3 days your case will be resolves. But today is the last day from the day of recharge. Now executives say that if not recharge done by today tomorrow you will contact with BSNL customer care. What is this ??? Is a kind of joke everytime happen with me ??? I want my refund aur complete the recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||
