Sir, I recharged Rs.149 in the mobile number [protected] on[protected] through freecharge and it was success . Amt of Rs 149/- was deducted from the credit card of Kanaka NS. Then remitted Rs 74 for plan extension on 6-11-20. I filed a complaint to BSNL online. But I have not yet received any favourable reply .
