1. On 18.09.2023 at 12.10noon I have used my credit card bearing no. [protected] for a purchase in D Mart store and tried to pay the same . Immediately after getting the OTP I tried to type the OTP in the slot. The very moment I tried to type the OTP, I got the subsequent OTPs which were autofilled for an amount of Rs. 14, 000/-, 9999/- and for Rs. 50, 000/- without my intention....

I was paying me flipkart axis bank's credit card's due which was of 4679.26 rs
I have payed the full amount via free charge gateway using icici bank's debit card .

My icici bank's statement money is debited
date : 28 August 2023
Till now I have not got any confirmation from axis bank that payment has been received .
on their app it is still showing that i have to pay 4679.26 rs that means transaction has not been completed .

Kindly let me know the payment status
Has it been received by axis bank or not because from icici bank money has been debited .

        I was paying me flipkart axis bank's credit card's due which was of 10065 rs

          I had Rs.21 outstanding in my freecharge pay letter. Paid Rs.51 on second day of due date but it was not credited in account, second day I paid Rs.61 and that too was not credited, then I complained through e-mail but no reply came, then I mailed back but got freecharge and No reply is coming from and no solution is available. And 10 rupees penalty is being imposed everyday. I have mailed at least 7-8 times but not getting any solution. Its been almost 5 days.

                          I have received an offer on whatsApp sent by freecharge.. Activate pay later services and get 3 months Amazon Prime subscription..

                          I have activated pay later and done Video kyc, transaction also done.. repayment also done...

                          Nothing received...

                          I contacted them received reply as not eligible to get reward...

                          I ask this fraud cheater foolish company if I am not eligible than why you have sent me whatsApp offer to activate pay later???

                          I already sent request to close my pay later and also wallet services but no one responded...

                          . Immediately initiate strict penalty of 5, 00, 000 on this company...

                          Also provide my subscription or else close my account immediately...

                          PS: I suggest every one don't use freecharge wallet or pay later services as these are fraudest all the time...

                            I recharged my wallet with 50000 on 22nd March 2023, and tried to transfer back to my bank account which I had earlier done many times.                                 I avail a credit line of 1645 for an electricity bill payment which was due on January 5. I paid the amount through freecharge app selecting Kotak bank UPI on 5th jan at 5Am. The amount was debited from my Kotak account of Rs. 1645. Freecharge levied bounce charges and also additional interest around 800Rs for their mistake. Their executives refunded me Rs 1645 on 19th January and asked me to pay 2415 on 19th January. I had a loss of around 800Rs even after making payments on time. Their executives are pathetic who harassed me everyday and finally fooled me to get a cash back of 800Rs instantly after making the payments. These are hard earn money and this way an ordinary citizen can’t reimburse it back due to no platform to outreach.

                                  I have mailing them since december but I see irrelevant stratageis by them towards me to stop account deletion.
                                  even i have used paylater once but it is affecting my credit score showing 60000 EMI i have and paying every month.
                                  I have confirmed them several times but im not getting a real resolution from them.
                                  I have attached mail screen shot you can see how they are reply in they are taking much long tie to process request.
