Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Refusal to port out my number to Airtel
Chat conversation start 10:12 BSNL has been blocking porting OUT of numbers from BSNL to other operators. This is the second time I have got a porting code and applied to port out from BSNL to Airtel. I applied for porting OUT my BSNL number [protected] to Airtel on the 7th of March 2017. The Porting code received by me is BT224396. Airtel passed on my porting request to BSNL on the 8th of March. On the 9th of March I received a call from BSNL asking me not to port out and enquiring if I was unhappy with BSNL. This is the second time I have applied for porting OUT from BSNL. On the first occassion they delayed it till the code expired. This time too it is already 7 days but nothing has happened. They are again trying to delay it so that the code expires. Please beware do not go with BSNL. Their service is horrible. Being a public sector their jobs are secure and they don't care if the customers suffer. I request BSNL to immediately act on my request to port OUT to Airtel. Was this information helpful?
