Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — regarding service

My phone no is [protected]. I didn't got service in whole january 2019 but they send me a bill. I already paid it. Now from 7 march both phone and broadband is stop... When i called for concern they says it will start in 1 hours. I have already wait for 6 days, when the service will start how much days, months or years i have to wait please till me. And if you are not able to resume service then disconnect my phone permanently.

Recently i port my number from Airtel to BSNL.
Where i used to live in there no problem.
But when i move to another place for somedays.
There no network to bsnl although that place have a great high tower of bsnl. No network place is Jangipur, Murshidabad, West Bengal.
