Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — request for blocking lost sim card | |||
My bsnl sim card bearing number [protected] has been lost somewhere in raja road, sodepur, kolkata-700110. As i am requesting only to block the sim card and not for getting a duplicate one, there should be no requirement of a gde or fir. I've called the customer care service several times but no one answers. Notwithstanding the one time i got connected, the bsnl executive told that i have to contact bsnl office for just blocking the sim. No other network provider does the same. I'll be obliged if my sim card will be deactivate shortly. My alternative phone number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
