[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — stv 155 got deducted from credit card without getting recharged

On 25th sept 2017, around 11:00 p. M. I tried to recharge stv 155 from bsnl portal website. ₹155 got deducted from my credit card but the webpage thrown a message saying "timed out". My data plan was not recharged. Again, second time i tried to recharge ₹155. Amount got deducted from my credit card, webpage thrown an error message "timed out", but data plan was not recharged. Sep 20, 2017 jadar channappa's response i retied on 31/05/2017. more then three month but pension not credit to my bank account so per.and so many times call to the cppc centre bangalore.i hope you will do the need full action please.
