This is in continuation of my earlier complaint and its been 25 days since, it went out of order. Nothing has been done for the same. Please try to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother is 74 years and totally dependent on the telephone line to communicate with her kids who live far distant and abroad. She has been feeling immensely under pressure to maintain a mobile phone to stay connected. Being a chronic diabetic, living alone and having high blood pressure, the telephone line had added to her list of troubles. She has had a total knee replacement surgery and can't walk much around without difficulty, which means she needs to tell about her well being on the only mode of communication through the telephone. Since the telephone is not working for around a month, we would now want to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal of the same, no rent shall be paid this month for such bad services.
Also we wish to highlight the fact, as pointed out earlier that the telephone lines have been disrupted due to ongoing construction in that area. We also wish to lodge a complaint against her neighbours for the same. We need an urgent feedback regarding the same and re-installement of the services, otherwise it leaves us with no other option than to take appropriated legal action for the same.

I didn't subscribe any hungama games, music or video services but i am getting billed for that which is coming upto 600Rs. I would request to immediately deactivate those services if they are being activated currently in my connection.
