Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — unauthorized activation of hungama value added service. | |||
Regarding my BSNL Landline-Broadband Bill, I got an additional amount of charges added to my Landline Bill which were about 343.87 for the month of January 2018. No such services were activated with the concern of either me or my family. There were a few calls from BSNL regarding Hungama services, but we never gave any consent to activate the value-added services, rather we strictly refused to add such services to our regular broadband plan. Such addition of value-added services to our regular plan has happened earlier also, and the process to deactivate the added services is very hectic. The customer care[protected] which I called in regarding the issue gave me a different number[protected] which was not available 24/7 and most of the time congested. The BSNL page showing details regarding value-added services is always down. I request the deduction of the value-added service charges for this bill and never to get any calls regarding such services or addition of such services to my regular plan. Even if a pay this concerned bill I request to get the refund of the value-added service charges in the future bill Please look into the matter at your earliest.
