Dear sir,
My my mobile number is [protected]. At 4.10 pm i received a message saying that service video 5 (57111) has been activated for my number and rs. 5 has been deducted from my account. I immediately sent a message to 155223 to stop the service and i received a reply that no service has been activated for my number. Then for what reason rupees 5 has been deducted from my account. I didn't expect such fraudulent activities from a reputed concern like bsnl. Kindly clarify.

I ported to AirTel to bsnl . My incoming calls and messages are barred, still shows Bsnl network active and outgoing calls are going..
Unable to use AirTel SIM

Please resolve this.
