Ordered a foldable cart on an urgent basis for a delivery on the next day evening. The purpose of the purchase was to keep the guests comfortable on that day. But I didn't get the delivery and when I called the response was not so nice with the delivery incharge declining my request saying they can't send a vehicle to only to deliver one product at the location. The purpose of my purchase was lost and I am asking to cancel the order and for 100% refund of my payment.

After repeated call and follow up, the delivery was done on the same day just before bed time.
