Bharatham Stores — Mosquito Bat/ The product does not work the next day of purchase.

I Have purchased 1 Mosquito Bat for Rs. 475. 6 months warranty product. From Bharatham Stores.chennai 600023. on 28th november 2016. It worked only for one day. Since it was raining i had taken the bat to the shop on 3rd December, 2106. Service tag bill no. 3805.The service person asked to come on Monday 5th december 2016. he also said he will call once the service is done. Today when i went to the shop. There was no proper responce for the service guy or the manager. I want to register a complaint and take necessary action against them.
