I purchased a sofa in January 2018, by paying the full amount. But the sofa is delivered on 07-FEB-2018. They took nearly 1 month to deliver it. After big struggle got it delivered. within 2 weeks it started giving problem. From 20-FEB i am complaining and still the repair is not done. When ever i call they say it is manufacturer mistake and needs to be fixed by them. If i call manufacturer he says i will come in 2 days.. Like this 5 months passed. Still nothing happened. Whoever sells the product should take care of service as well. but here they point to manufacturer and escaping. Was this information helpful? |
