With reference to the above subject matter and trailing mail, It is to inform you that I have booked ticket PNR XXXXXX from Bangalore to Udupi journey date 29.01.2024, my booking was confirmed through the trailing mail by travel company and I got the message from the company that
"Dear Passenger, Bus Journey details from Bangalore to Udupi on 29/01/2024 are PNR: XXXXXX, Bus No: TN-73 AE-8457 and Driver details: Hameed Spare Conductor Bharathi, [protected] Helpline No:[protected] - www.bharathitravels.com"
Bus had picked 3 passengers including me (1 Male and 2 Female) with seat No 10, 11 and 12, Bus started and reached some place for tea and using washroom at 4:00 Clock and again it started and Bus conductor Informed us at 5:45 AM (30.01.2024) that bus has braked down some joint failure issue were there, this place is Hasan, deboard from bus and take other means of conveyance to go to Udupi.
After deboarding from bus all passengers analysed that this place was Nelmangala Bangalore only, Since picking from M G road Bangalore at 10:30 PM, bus was covered from M G Road to Nelmangala Bangalore only within 7 hours.
We requested them to contact your office and care service and arrange other bus or means of conveyance to go to Udupi. However, there is no response of driver call from your company and customer care.
I called one customer care number [protected] and he told only refund can be initiated and company will not give other service and disconnected the call.
Now I am unable to book any other means of conveyance from Nelmangala bye pass Circle to Udupi. Bus service provided by Bharathi travels are very pathetic and not acceptable and it is cheating with passengers.
I will spred the issue to media and legal framework to claim my loss and inconvenience service provided by bus.
