Bharathiar University — complaint about on your communication system

Respected sir.. I attend anna centenary civil service coaching screening test.. That exam results are published on past week... I couldn't able to saw the result.. Yesterday i saw ur university web page the result page will be appeared... My name appears on scholar list.. Then i call[protected] on that number.. They told admission are filled on 30.11.2018... I don't know what to do.. I m totally collapsed.. Because they are told on during the exam "we will inform u through the call or email msg".. I just believe that so strongly.. But still sec i won't get any call, email msg and also no more messages.. I don't know what to do on that condition pls help me... My details are
