Bharathiar University — Degree certificate not received since 9 months

I am osamah ahmed ahmed qasem. I had passed degree msc in computer science holding register number (1732k0135) from sree amman college affiliated with bharathiar university. I had applied for my degree certificate. I applied through speed post. I got information that it received at bharathiar university. I had tried to call them several times. But the call is not connecting. I had mail to controller of examination, but no response. There are 100 of enquiry numbers of bharathiar university, i tried calling each and every number, it rings but not responding, is this the way to respond and behaviour with students?? I need to travel to my country, because of not receiving degree certificate, i am not abling to go my country... I need my certificate updates as soon as possible.
