I have applied for my degree certificate years back but i haven't received till now, i am following up thru mail, calls and at times i directly visit, but no response.
Requesting you to kindly send it at the earliest.

As I completed my degree in 2014 still .y certificates are not reached...when I called up they said they have dispatched in 2016 itself..but still I didn't recieve it . May I know the details of my certificate dispatched through.
