Bharathiar University — No intimation about Exam and sent a marklist with absent remark

I am student of Bharatiar University SDE Coimbatore and I have remitted money for my arrear exam and the exams got regularly postponed due to Covid 19. Now I received a marklist showing that I was absent for the exam but actually I didn’t received any intimation about the exam. Please arrange for myself to attend exam as my money and effort went on vain due to the irresponsibility of the university

Due to Covid-19 exam were not conducted. I called to SDE exam section several times and didnt get any updation about exam. No msg/call or email intimation about the exam venue and date updated to me and the university cheated me as I have remitted around 3000 rupees for a single exam
