BharatPe — 10 lakhs blocked by Bharat pe 12% accounts

I am a business merchant using bharatpe from last 1 year even have 12% account, swipe machine and even QR all got blocked by bharat pe since 25th April, uploaded all documents but still cannot withdraw almost 10lakha blocked

Please help 🙏 how do we do business
