I am being chasing bharat pe customer care team from past 6 days but didn't getting any support from their side. Their system isn't allowing me upload any documents over the app and tickets are getting close next few minutes. My payments of 100573 is not yet credited into my account for date[protected] mentioned over the subject line.
Can anyone, please share the escalation matrix
