Honourable sir,
I'm writing to let you know that despite having had my account amount credited via Bharatpe scanning, I am unable to withdraw it at this time, and my account is currently on hold while this problem is being resolved. I have made numerous attempts to get in touch with customer service and have also sent the necessary documentation (PAN card, last month's transition history), but I have received no answer and am still unable to take my money.
