BharatPe — Amount received but not credited

Amount received from customer, trasaction was successful but amount not credited to my account. This trasaction was done in 29th January still not credited. In that date two transactions was received from same customer both transactions shows successful but only one amount was credited. I have raise complaint so many times bharatpe customer care not responding. How to recover my money. Both transactions screen shots are attached below only one amount was credited to my bank account..
