BharatPe — Bharatpe cheated me in failed transaction

My transaction of 5000₹ from BHARATPE DEBIT CARD got failed and Instant reversal done from HDFC PAYZAPP team Instapay BBPS service on 13 March 22 4.16pm but till now it was not credited back in my bharatpe account / card ending 5519
