BharatPe — BharatPe Money not received despite having successful payment from other side

My customer paid 30, 510Rs to me via Bharatpe QR scanner from PhonePe, payment was was successful from her side and I haven't received the payment yet it's been 15 days now. I have contacted customer care also but still they are not resolving issue. I have proof of my transaction. Please find in attachment
