I have a swipe machine from Bharat Pe since 4 months. I have been following up with your customer care since a month for partial settlement of my amount (mail is attached below). I have also asked for a pick up of the swipe machine since almost 6 weeks and I was told that the machine will be picked up in 3-4 days and my security deposit will be refunded in 7 working days. I was also told that a minimum amount of 300 will be deducted from the security deposit when returned within 3 months and rs 100 per month after that. Since I have requested the machine to be picked up within 2 months of installation, I am only liable to pay 300 but due to the delay in pick up from your end it has been almost 2 more months. I would like to inform you that I will not accept a deduction of even 1 rs extra from the security deposit due to your late service.
I have made 7 calls since 26th Oct 2020 (call log details attached) and sent the mail attached below on 20th Nov as per their instructions but there has been no response whatsoever.
I have spoken to Mr. Sadanand J. on 1st Dec 2020 and I was promised that as a senior official he will expedite the matter and resolve it in 2 days but there was no response from him too. I again called customer care on 7th Dec 2020 and spoke to Karthik Das and asked him to connect me to Mr. Sadanand J but I was told that he is busy and he will call me back within 2 hours but it has been 2 days and no reply yet.
I have spent hours calling your customer support for such a small amount but I am shocked and disappointed with your customer support.
Now this is my final mail and if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution for my 2 issues:
1. settlement of balance 250 rs
2. Return of swipe machine and 4700 refund of my security deposit
I will have no choice but to lodge a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman and widely announce my case on twitter and other social media platforms.
