I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding two recent transactions conducted on my credit card.
On 27-Sep-2023, I initiated a POS transaction for Rs.30, 000, and on November 11, 2023, I made another transaction for Rs.31, 000. In both instances, the POS machine displayed the transactions as "Declined"; however, both amounts were debited from my credit card.
Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution, I have not received any refunds for these transactions. I have attached the transaction details along with snapshots of the declined transactions for your reference.
Given the urgency of the matter and the lack of a proper response from the bank, I kindly request your intervention to investigate and facilitate the resolution of these disputed transactions.
Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, and I am hopeful for a swift resolution.
