BharatPe — False UPI ID created

I dont know how but bharatpe has created a merchant ID without any authorisation. I came to know about it when a friend of mine was sending a payment of ₹5000 via Paytm mobile transfer mode and this was not credited to my bank account. The UPI ID is: bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe. this is not even a phone number! I tried calling bharatpe but the IVR says that my mobile number is not registered. Please help me with this issue.
