BharatPe — I transfer money in my bank through Bharatpe it show successful but I didn't get my money yet

I have around 1 lac 30 thousand money in my bharatpe and I transferred my money in my bank through bharatpe on 10 may at night it shows pending and in around one hour it is showing that transection successful but I do not get my money back... When the next day I called customer care of bharatpe they told me to upload proof of my bank statement I uploaded it and they said that I get called by concern team with in 24 hs but after 24 hs I get a call from a man that he told me I will get money before 20 of May... And after that now I am calling the customer care they said that concern team will contact to me in 24 hs but still I didn't get any call from that end I was need urgent of those money but now what will I do I can't understand... Please help me out
