BharatPe — I transfer the amount of Rs.10,000/- on 03/03/2021 transaction fail but my amount is not refunded to me

I transfer the amount of Rs.10, 000/- dated 03/03/2021 through Sent Money Option but transaction fail and message appear on screen "Amount Refunded" but amount is not credited till now. My transaction id[protected]. I complaint many times against this issue but problem as it is. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
