May 13th amount was paid to bharathpe issue in the settlement of the qr amount of 30, 000/-. It has been 25 days there is no response whenever I call support there keeps telling me 24 hours for the first two days. Then onwards 48 hours now they started saying 72 hours. I have all the evidence of call recording. I don't have the option to reach management.
whenever I request to transfer the call to the manager, they keep the call on hold and no one attends and it gets disconnect.
If there is an issue and the transaction got failed there is no system to update the customer and the customer doesn't have option to track on the complaint status. The only option is to call support where we get the response "appoliges, sorry for the trouble, and we will get back in 24 hours." Now June 5th they still not giving my money back.
