BharatPe — Money being debited but not credited to bharatpe account

On 6th august 8:03pm i went for investing 4000rs on my investment section in the bharatpe...i did the transaction from debit card...and 4000rs was deducted from my bank account, but i didnt received it in my bharat pe account and the balance in my bharat pe as well as investment section is showing zero...its over 24 hours and the balance in there is zero. Please look into it and give me my money as soon as possible
