I returned Bharatpe swipe machine to company on 23rd of May'2022. Till date there's no refund. Spoke to customer care executives for many times. Giving wrong assurances. Days are going on though I didn't received my refund amount. Such a ridiculous organisation. Never to believe in such companies. I can't receive any status update for my complaints too. All the time I've to register a new query to raise the same issue. No concern at all.

I am in a similar situation. I have been trying to return the swiping machine for the past 25 days or so. Each time, I submit a request to return my machine, the request gets cancelled a few days later. They are holding my deposit of Rs. 5000/-.
After looking at your message, I am now concerned that they won't refund my deposit.
