BharatPe — Not received refund of swipe machine from last 4 months

Sir, I have order swipe machine(Rs 5000) on 5 august from their app after few days(12 Aug) message came that swipe machine is not available in your city, refund will be transfer to your account .But still today that is 4 December I have not received single rupees, I have call minimum 50 times to customer care but then also i have not received single Rupees, Customer care department says, we will solve your problem in 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs or you will receive call back from our department within 24hrs, but still today i haven't receive single call from their side. After two months (28 october)one bharat pe agent come to our shop he said i will give you bharat pe swipe machine through my end so he transfer 5000rs through my bharat pe app.Money has been transfer to bharat pe computer.After few days that is on 3 November, I have received bharat pe swipe machine which was order by by agent, not first one that is on 5 aug. I have also mail them my bank statement.
I am attaching transaction details with you.
