Dear Sir/Madam
An old and faulty Swipe machine supplied by your excutive(Sardar ji) on 3rd FEB'2021 against a payment of 5000/-. At the time of supply machine was even discharged and he connected it to power supply with a old charger and machine was giving problem in swipe and screen was flickering. Your excutive told us to charge the machine for 2 hours but after charging more than 2 hours, the machine could not be charged.
We have complaint at your customer care number and they assured to get it replaced within 3 working days but after 3 days nothing has been done at your end.
Since today's evening we are making repeated calls at your customer care number and nobody is able to resolve the issue and just passing time.
When we ask them to connect to thier Senior/Manager they made excuses that he is busy with another merchant. We asked them that we can wait for long hours till the Manager get free but after long waiting they disconnect the lines evertime and it happened 4 times.
It seems there is nobody to care customers at your customer care centre.
Please do the needful to replace the Swipe Machine without further delay.
