BharatPe — Refund not initiated into my account as I have returned the swipe machine on 29th july 2021

Hello sir
i am going to complaint in consumer forum against bharat pe regarding refund as i have handover the swipe machine on 29th july as the policy of refund told me that the refund of Rs.5000 may be credited into my account with in a week but till today i.e 25.08.2021 no refund amount credited as i have given so many times request to the customer care.
but no response.
this is not good and the image in the market is very bad
