My firm name is padma sarees and tailoring. I have registred on bharat pe i have ordered the swiping machine. But unfortunately machine was returned to executive on jan25.2021 but till now(23/03/21) .Amt was not credited to my account.

i have contacted to customer care but they are said that machine was not returned showing in system.
I have asked the executive but he said confirmed i have already returned machine,
but amt was not credited to account,
can u please clear the issue, ...
